Bought my daughter a Ford Focus (2001)

Seeing as she didn't feel safe driving her old Audi Cabrio

Anyway, there are three problems with it that I would welcome any suggestions of first places to look to fix.

1. The rear wiper doesn't work. Is there a separate fuse to check first or is it a change the motor job?

2. The volume control stalk for the radio (next to the steering wheel) doesn't work.

3. The heated windscreen doesn't work.

Any help will be lavishly rewarded with virtual beers.
