Mondeo ST TDCI Value

I'm looking for some advice on a 2005 Mondeo st tdci I've been offered. Recently my friend has just bought a new car to replace his old Mondeo and has offered it to me for a yet to be discussed deal of the century!
I'll start with the good bit's as there arent many!
Body is straight, with only one minor dent and good paint (blue)
Good 18 inch alloys (standard) With good tyres.
Clean Interior.
Recent clutch.
Now for the bad bits!
No mot.
has around 240,000 miles on the clock.
The shocks are knackered, it literally bounces down the road!
Various other steering and suspension related knocks and groans!
Ive worked out around £600 in parts for 4 Bilstein shocks, eibach 30mm springs, Top strut mounts, complete lower wishbone assembly (both sides), drop links and track rod ends.
I can do all the work, so I wont be factoring in labour, but assuming that nothing else is required what would you think was a fair price for it?
