Just wondering what people think is a realistic price to ask for one of these as a private sale in the current market?
There seems to be quite a variation in price of ST2's & ST3's on the market and there aren't that many ST1's to compare with. The 2013 cars seem to be hovering around the 10k mark now...
The car in question is a 2015 model, standard save for the Mountune upgrade, has done 17.5k and is immaculate - been on the market over a week but no interest, there is a lot to choose from out there I suppose...
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Cheers, that does seem very cheap for an ST2. I thought mine was well priced at £11650 but as you say I suppose it depends what the Mountune kit adds to the value of a standard car....it's £650 that the new owner won't have to spend anyway and it certainly seems like a worthwhile upgrade.

Perhaps there aren't many private cash at this price point - a lot of the ST's seem to be for sale with dealers and the various finance deals on offer to tempt people from a private seller...

Cheers for the trade info, the market does seem to be swamped with ST's aplenty which I suppose is inevitable as the 3 yr PCP deals will have come to an end for the 2013 cars. Hopefully one that's been pampered will stand out in the crowd, albeit in ST1 trim...
Will have a think about the pricing though;)

Cheers, I hadn't heard of Tootle before. I will register and see what sort of offers come forth.
I accept that with the market as it currently is, it will be very much a case of accepting 'Or Nearest Offers' on the car...

Cheers to everyone for the input - I ended up doing a deal via Tootle (cheers for the tip) and got a very good trade price for the car (a good bit more than I thought possible from a dealer and a far better offer & experience than dealing with the usual car buying websites).

The idea of having a poverty spec ST appealed to me when I bought it as being good value for money (allied to the fact that an ST1 drives just the same as a ST3) but I accept that most people want well specced' cars - will certainly bear that in mind when buying my next new car....

Got £10750 which I was very happy with, not much less than I could have hoped for as a private sale....
