2005 Focus ST. ABS pump and module, ebay, £165, plus labour. 2 weeks later, 4 new tyres (can't really blame the car for that), steering rack, and new pads to get it through it's mot. That was just over £600.

Now, headlight bulb gone. £8.99 Halfords? Nah, try £95. It's Xenon with all the trimmings. Now that I've bought it, had it fitted, it's not the bulb, it's the amplifier behind it that gives it it's ultra bright light, that'll be another £200 Sir.

Getting pretty fed up with the damned thing.

Equally likely to go on any sort of car really. $533 for a similar vintage Audi A4 OE item. How many miles has this 12 year old car done?
Dammit!!! Wish I knew it was called ballast as I was told to look for amplifier, now it's pretty much delivered. Thanks anyway.

Mileage, just under 33k.
