mondao st tdci rattle

my mondeo st tdci has developed a horrible rattle at tickover looks like its the main belt tensioner or the belt itself ,its going in for its 20000 miles service on thursday will the main dealer fix it under warranty ??? they have been bloody useless so far !!!!the brakes wobble at high speed and the back ones are very rusty (car stood for 6 months before i bought it )and they have told me that the warranty does not cover brakes

ok ,good news collected mondeo st tdci last night from the main ford dealer in peterborough and have to admit they did a cracking job ,fixed brakes (new disc and pads).new front pulley belt and tensioner new hand brake cable (don't know why ) they even fitted new wiper blades under warranty good service alround guess i will be going back .simon
car felt great over the weekened gave it a good clean and polish ,looked absolutely stunning this morning as i left to go to a fireplace show ..............pity a female driver in a fiesta decided to drive like a complete nutter .....stopped to turn right at a very busy cross roads with a que of cars behind me she could not stop so decided to overtake us all i had just started to turn when i saw her in my mirror managed to take off a bit of lock when she ploughed into my driver's door and front wing completely smashing the front corner wheel suspension the lot !!!!!! how i am still alive is a mystery ,she is one lucky lady as she went on for a hundred yards before crashing in the bushes ,police recon she was doing 60mph when she hit me !!!!mondeo is totaly knackered the end of a great car ,i'm now going for a lay down !!! simon 
did not know that about fiesta's !!!!!!will pull over if i see one behind me !!!had the quote from ford she did 7000 punds worth of damage to the mondeo 
so the dealer is going to repair it my main concern is will it be the same as it was people keep telling me it will never be right ????? dealer says it will be just fine when i get it back !!!!also lady that crashed into me says she does not remember anything about the accident therefore she is not excepting responsibility !!!!! can she do this ? good job i got the police involved . simon
so the dealer is going to repair it my main concern is will it be the same as it was people keep telling me it will never be right ????? dealer says it will be just fine when i get it back !!!!also lady that crashed into me says she does not remember anything about the accident therefore she is not excepting responsibility !!!!! can she do this ? good job i got the police involved . simon spoke to main dealer today no damsge to main chasis just the wing and suspension parts everything that went on the drivers side, wheel,tyre, drive shaft ,brakes, subframe assembly ect price quote is at 7000 pounds at the moment insurence inspector coming on friday to have a look still touch and go to see if it will be repaired or scraped ,have to say dealer has been pretty good so far just have to wait and see i suppose not a lot else i can do !!!!............and she still has not admitted liability

simonthe point the dealer is making is they will replace everything so the car is back to A1 condition even to the exstent of changing both sidea of the front brakes even though one is only damaged ,they tell me that the repair will be so good that i will not be able to tell the differance !!!!,there is know way i can tell the insurance company to right it off so i guess i have no choice but to go with them and hope they get it right ,inspector is having a look tuesday so will just have to wait !!! simon
