Just a quick heads ups as i know a lot of tiv owners run 888's, went to order a set today from camskill and spoke on the phone to them as they only had 1 in stock, cut a long story short the new ones that are coming are no longer road legal, apparently a lot of insurance companys have kicked up a stink about them being road tyres and they cant meet modern noise limits to register for the road, sorry if you allready know!

so is this being enforced on new tyre purchases only?
Have they just removed the DOT/ e marking?

Apparently yes they have removed the dot marking, tyres that still have the markings are ok, HOWEVER the camskill guys did say that YOU need to inform your insurance company if running these tyres, if unsure speak to them
