Are all T5 boxes the same??

I have been researching gearboxes for my Griff, in particular what I might need for a 375 bhp motor. The concensous seems to be that i could be getting close to the margins for a standard T5 but obviously a lot will depend on driving style.
I will probably refesh the input shaft bearing but take my chances with my box and if it lets go look at the CTS Quaife option.
The question is are all T5s (Griff/Cerb/Tuscan/T350) all the same or are they spec'd for differnt torques? Am I right in assuming the T5 standard in the 4.5 AJP is generally upto the job in standard form and is this any different to the T5 in my 96 Grif?
