Any experience of buying from James Agger?

Daft question I think - since the no name & shame policy on here means there wont be any serious criticisms.
I would be inclined to ask a dealer if he has ever been sued and what the outcome was.
I would not expect any negative response in an open forum but people are free to send me a PM, as some have already done, if they don't want to comment openly.I would be inclined to ask a dealer if he has ever been sued and what the outcome was.
At the end of the day, I realise that all traders will have good and bad references, it's about the ballance being in fevour of good feedback that will help.
Thanks for the responses so far.
Visited James today (really nice guy) to inspect a test drive an S3c.
The car is in great condition, the interior is like new. It drives well, sounds great but as this is the first S3 I have driven my only reservation was whether an S3 is what I want next......
..... decisions, decisions :-)

Now now children ;-)
I did visit James a couple of years ago but didn't buy the TVR S he had for sale after a test drive.
There was nothing wrong with the car and James seemed like a good guy but I decided that, whilst I love the looks if the S it lacked the performance I had expected.
