Evening all,

When I put the fuel back into my Griffith tank last year I watched a load of crap go in.
Is there a way of cleaning out the tank without having to take it out of the car.

I'm not sure if there are baffles in there which will stop me just draining it and flushing it through.

Ta.

Ha ha, no don't, my sides my sides ....

biggrin

It was lumpy black bits. It looked like rotten leaves but it couldn't have been. Just crap from a not very often used Jerry can.

Good to know chaps and Thank You.

Looks like my nice new filter will just need replacing and a lesson learned for the future.

Try one of these as a preventative measure Ian - works great on the Griff, the mower and the quad!

Thanks for the advice Martin. After slopping fuel all over the mower and drive I've got my act together and ordered one of them.
