Touch-up Paint, Pearl Blue
Discussion
I'm intending to try my local Halfords after recommendation from a mate on here. This may not happen quickly but I'll keep you posted as and when I do.
Glenn, all you say makes perfect sense and I recall in the past how often I've found touch-ups to be generally darker than original. In this instance though, my eBay purchase was several shades lighter. Think I'll contact the seller as he was a decent guy.

No apologies for bumping an old thread.
Well the ebay man has come up trumps! He was more than happy to research Pearl Blue further and came up with the startling fact that it's a Roll Royce colour - Peacock Blue.
I waited with anticipation and a new touch-up pot duly arrived in the post. Perfect match! All I need now is a clear laquer as it dries off quite dull.
Very happy with the end result and the gentleman's willingness to sort out to customer satisfaction. Just search for scuffsandchipspro. Paul is a top bloke!
Having an RR colour is also quite a nice touch.
