Re-Registering in the UK

Hi all.
I have an enquiry for my T350, which I have advertised.
Can someone give a clue about the re-registering process in the UK? I exported the car in 2011 and had it registered in Germany. I have all the paperwork present, incl. a scan of the old V5c. The original was retained by the German authorities.
So is it just a new MOT and call at the DVLA, or what else is involved?
