General question. 50/50 chance of guessing correctly, but which is actually correct? And why?

1. Disconnecting the battery - which terminal should you remove first?
2. Reconnecting the battery - which terminal should you attach first?
3. Connecting jump leads - which terminal, and which car, first?
4. Disconnecting jump leads - which terminal, and which car, first?
5. Battery charger - attach terminals before switching on and switch off before removing terminals?

Don't laugh, I was asking generally I know, but I never have trouble with my TVR. Hence no need for an Anderson shelter.

It's the Vorskin Durch Technik that's giving me the grief. If the battery gets a bit low the battery management system starts turning stuff off, then it deadlocks the car, disarms the remote control and immobilizes the car. Then it turns on the headlights and sets the alarm off at 3.45 am.

Sometimes I wish I had Chimpon's gas guzzler as my daily driver.......and didn't have to drive a diseasel Audi.
