TVR Parts - service?

Parts ordered Monday 10am, confirmed in stock, still not here! Thats my WE plans trashed. If there is anyone from TVR on here who is your courier, a bloody carrier pigeon!?

Crap service = Shame to see the new compny doesnt respect its customers...

Well, I am having a moan. I gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping the stuff would arrive Saturday. I'll be calling them tomorrow. TVR wasn't exactly famed for its customer service, they have reputation issues from the past to put behind them. Shyte service on something this simple is inexcusable, so I don't really care what they are going to say when I phone them. If there was an issue they had my number they should have called me. That's called Customer Service.....

To finish the story, the original order was made by phone not on line. I phoned yesterday morning, order hadnt been put together, no excuse just not done. To be fair they apologised and said they would post free of charge....
