With a cracked pepperpot and various scars around the front end I've been contemplating a front end respray on the Tuscan for a while. I've also got some scuffs on the targa hoop and panel so man maths is urging me to have the whole thing done. Then when I conclude that I start considering a colour change. I really love Grigio Titanio and think the Tuscan looks best in mid grey/silverish tones but came across a Sag for sale in NI on the Flea that had a special variation, thoughts on this for a Mk1 Tuscan ?

Its got a slight blue base and very light Spectraflair. On the Tuscan I think a heavy Spectraflair can be a bit too intense with the curves.

I was considering local places to me but S&D aren't as expensive on the base price as I'd thought so seriously considering that. Does anyone know how robust this price is or does it tend to "creep". I have a few issues that need attending like door rubbing and some pulled fixings, would these likely be extras or inclusive in the fixed price ? (I will speak to them but wanted some real life experiences). Some creep will be my own doing like might as well get the wheels refurbed and replace aged trim seals but don't really want the final price driving north of £5k.

£5k? I was quoted £8K plus for my cerbera
Even with the dreaded VAT (and paint)..... a non-flip colour should make that less than a £5k base price ?

Anyone ever achieved these prices in reality ?

Who's got a decent job done for much less than this ?
