I'm thinking about getting the Griff's manifolds and Y piece coated. I've had a quote from Zircotec whose prices seem to have doubled in the last few years yikes
Does anyone have any experience of anyone else. Any bad ones pm me please

Hi,
I have just done my ones here, http://www.hipeco.com/eng/
The down side is you have to send them but when you check the price wow what a difference smile
Is that the same process as zircotec or performance 1? As I'm led to believe they are quite different, I'm on my phone so can't make out the Polish site at the minute

Anyone had any experience of WOOF? They seem to do plasma spraying the same as Zircotec?

Had mine done by zircotec, looked great five years ago, had them done in black, now look like a sort of sooty grey colour, a lot of money for something that doesn't keep its colour , of course things might have improved now
I've found the same problem with Zircotec Sterling Silver... and problems with Zircotec flacking... They say they'll redo them but it costs £250 in labour to have them removed and refitted and Zircotec refuse to pay .
Think I'm going give this a miss. It must be, by the time you've paid for removing then replacing manifolds, around £2k and no one seems to have come forward saying that it's great and doesn't fade or flake.
