Test Drive Accident

Sketchy information at the moment........but just heard that a test drive of a new TVR resulted in a head-on-collision, and 2 patients being brought to the Leicester Royal Infirmary in a very bad state.

Currently work at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. Friend at work today initially rang me to check it wasnt me that was involved. Got some more details later after the ambulances arrived.

I dont think we should speculate further regarding fault in this case as no-one here is really yet sure of the exact events that led upto this tragedy.

It was deeply saddening to hear about Toby. I'm sure he will be sorely missed - at work and at home.

I think we should also give some thought to the poor driver (and his family) who I understand is still in a critical state.
