TR6 Ignition problem

Could anyone help with the problem i have been having with my TR6 running on when its turned off?
Have tried advancing/retarding the ignition to no avail. Have tried colder plugs. I have stripped and cleaned the distributor.
Could it be a problem with the stage two head that has been fitted?
Any ideas would be gratefully received!!

The engine is injected, it also has electronic ignition.
It has been on a rolling road and it was found to "lean out" at high rpm. It ran out of advance at 24 degrees. When the timing was adjusted on the rolling road it made it pink.
