DA polisher - health risk??

I bought a cheap DA polisher on eBay - unbranded Chinese made thing. Used it for the first time yesterday.

t - the amount of vibration from it is unreal - my wrists ache like hell today and at the faster speeds I was struggling to keep a hold of it!
Are they all like this to some extent? I assume the cheapness is a factor - it kept vibrating loose the bolts for the handle
How can I reduce the risk of long term damage to myself?
