Colour match finish

Well recently got some paint made up by LKQ Coatings and the paint match was quite out however the paint finish is quite odd in that it's almost too metallic?

Just wondering why the paint is like that as i've never seen this before. It's almost like glitter.

Also can anyone recommend a place to get a good colour matching paint in Crawley area? I originally dealt with JCA Coatings who did a great matching paint however they were acquired by LKQ.
