Cleaning Mercedes 'Plastic' headlights

Hi

Simple question - just hope there's a simple answer

The Headlamps on my 02 E320 look dull - not opaque but the shine has definately gone. Have done a Google search and it's thrown up everything from WD40 through toothpaste to a 4 stage grinding/polishing process.

Thought I'd ask the experts on here for their advice.

Thanks guys - I might just go with the T-cut first as since I had a stroke a few years back my fine motor control in my hands isn't brilliant and I don't want to end up ruining the headlights.

If the Tcut doesn't wotk it might be off to a pro to do it
