Bird poo removal - now scratches help!

Hi all,

Hope someone can please provide help... I had a major dumping of bird poo on the Golf R the other day in supermarket car park, this stuff was very thick and disgusting, it could of only happened within the the hour so foolishly started to wipe it off with baby wipes that I had in the car, which of course was a big mistake!

After washing the car a few days ago, I can now see the error of my ways, especially on a black bodywork, as it has left scratches in the area I was wiping. Pretty surprised how soft the paint is!! Passing these scratches with my fingernail does not suggest they are deep.

What product can I use that will be the most effective? Ideally nothing that just fills them and I see them after the next wash. Any ideas please?

Thanks for the feedback guys. Clark over @ Polished Bliss has recommended me some products, that can be used by hand. Will try that first.. I think that bird must of been eating cement!!

If it works, will post feedback for others.
