Smart repair cost

How much should a smart repair cost? Small scratch needs a light rub down and re-paint on a 'normal' metallic car bumper corner. I've been quoted £160 and I suspect someone is trying to rip me off? I had another mark on another car, similar level of nastiness (not very). He quoted the same for that one too 'minus 10% for doing 2 jobs at the same location'.
