Cheap Polishing Machine?

Looking for recommendations for a cheap polishing machine to tidy up my fiancées car. The bodywork is in very good condition but does have a fair few very light scratches/blemishes which could do with being buffed out. I don't need anything of trade quality just something cheap and cheerful that'll do the job.

Btw, what polishing compounds should I be getting to use with it?
