I have recently purchased a nearly new Ford Focus from a Ford dealer. At the time of purchase I refused the add ons like Diamond Brite.

Talking to a colleague at work it turns out her Husband works at the same Ford dealership as a mechanic.

My colleague yesterday said the valets at the dealership had given her Husband some Diamond Brite, she said he has no need for it and did I want it, yes please!

I thought I was just going to get a bottle of a sealant, but I have a full kit, including a first aid kit!

Now I have a week off work and I had set aside a day to clean my car, polish and seal it. I normally use Autoglym products.

I suppose my question is, is Diamond Brite OK for an amateur like me to use? I'm not going to do something that could spoil my paintwork?

Car is 9 months old and white.

Thank you.

I am aware of the dealer rip off, hence me not taking it when I purchased the car smile

So, the best way to apply is to wash the car, polish with SRP and then seal with the 2 stage glaze products? Do I HAVE to clay it?

Thanks
