Cement

Hi,

A cement container has managed to spill it's load, the cement dust has blown into my works car park and covered all the cars in fine cement dust. It (as usual) has rained while at work, so as a result the windscreens and body work are now covered in layer of cement!
How do I remove this without damaging the paint? Heard about vinegar and claybar, does it work? Any other suggestions?
