Which fog light lens cleaner?

I recently replaced the orange indicator lenses on my 964 to clear ones. Now, the 25 year old fog light lenses look grey and dirty.

Is there a lens cleaner available that would cut through the years of grime and get the fog lenses to at least resemble the bright lens besides them? Does Halfrauds stock anything that would do the job? I'm attending a car show on Sunday and would like to get the job done before then, if at al possible.

Thanks for that. I hadn't thought about cleaning the insides. I assume that the fog lights are sealed units. I hope so.
