Lots of hedgerown scratches after offroading

Foolishly took my new defender offroad and through some really narrow hedgerows etc. Unsurprisingly it now has lots of scratched on both sides of the car along the full length. They seem like surface scratches or most of them do. What do you suggest for the surface scratches and for any that are too deep?
