BMW rear-end refresh options

Want to get the paint on the back of my 530i sorted out. It has the beginnings of a couple of small blisters, one at the bottom of the rear arch, one at the bottom of each side of the rear quarter panel that looks like it has been caused by the bumper rubbing the paint, and a bit on the edge of the boot shut. Having had a good dig around and taking undertrays etc. off I'm satisfied that there are no bigger corrosion issues so feel it's worth getting it sorted now rather than later.

I'm thinking I will end up getting both rear quarter panels and the rear panel that goes under the boot re-painted. The quarter panels also form the C-pillars and run along the roof to the A-pillars. Would a bodyshop more likely want to paint the whole panel to the front of the car, or would they be able to blend it up to the swage/body line as all the issues are at the bottom of the panels?

Never had any dealings with bodyshops so want to get an idea of what to expect when I visit.

Colour is techno violet if that matters.

Yep it's an e39, supposedly one of 9 in the country in that colour. Looks nice in the sun

Good to know that blending up to the swage line is a possibility. It's so annoying it has these couple of blemishes as otherwise its in almost perfect condition, doors are straight as a die.
