Big ding

Some kind soul did this to my wife's car recently - can see a small mark although there's no paint damage, but the dent is a fair size and seems disproportionate to the mark on the body. Was hoping this could be a paintless repair job but sent the photo to a dent company and they said it's a body shop repair only. Was hoping to get a second opinion if it's possible from the photo?

Thanks Paintman - company I spoke to wrote it off as a bodywork job, which I was surprised at as they hadn't seen it in the flesh. Was hoping to see if this was a broader opinion or whether it was worth me pursuing with other PDR companies, sounds like the latter might still be an option.
