It's now living with us.
1966 C10 Stepside with a 5.7l (350ci) V8 and factory RHD with 3 speed manual box. It's epic!

I'm trying to discover. The 'proper' export RHD trucks for Australia, South Africa and UK were made in Canada, but you could spec a RHD build from the Tarrytown plant in New York. My truck was built in Tarrytown, so was intended to remain in the US but arrived in the UK in 1974. Originally fitted with an inline 6, it's been well looked after for most of it's 48 years.

Thanks folks, it's a beauty and no mistake, far too good to pass up.

There's a few jobs need doing, but who wants a perfect car?

First is some sound proofing, so I can hear the V8 and not the cacophony of wind, road and various other racket.
