Tax free date change 2015 ?

Last year, in the Spring budget, the tax free date moved to the end of '73. 6 weeks from the build date of my pickup.

There was speculation at the time that the date might move forward again this year.

Any one any more news about this yet ?

Also, there was talk of being able to tax a month at a time.

Into Post Office at 9.05, say I want to change tax status and re-tax.
