shipping a classic into Kenya, can anyone help?

Lads, I'm thinking of importing a classic into Kenya, but have been stymied by the rules, I think!
I have exported from the UK/imported into Kenya before, but modern stuff. The rules say that anything 7 years old and newer is OK to go in, but what are the rules on a 20,30 or even 40 year old classic?
As far as I can see, there's no way of doing this, does any know in Pistonheadland??
