1972 Capri exhaust problem solver needed near Ipswich

My dad and i have an original 1972 MK1 1600XL Capri and we have recently managed to get new rear box exhaust rubbers fitted but there is a problem with the centre ones which will not fit. He lives near Ipswich and i was wondering if anyone can recommend somebody who could help sort it out. Any recommendations appreciated and i can travel down and get it sorted. Many thanks
