Hi Guys

I rarely post (bit of a lurker) but I could do with a little advice and I'm not really a classic aficionado.
Is now a particularly good time to be selling an XK120 of do you think it's worth hanging onto for a while longer.
I'm looking to help my Dad sell his off to fund retirement/my sisters wedding/my brothers house problems but I'd obviously want to get the best money we can for him.
Also not a clue what the best avenue to go through to sell it would be.
Obviously a PH advert but does anyone know any decent dealers who would buy into stock?

Thanks in advance!

I attempted an email/PM but to answer here as well it's a 1952 XK120 Fixed Head Coupe.
In terms of condition it's A1 having been restored very recently - Really is a beautiful thing, I'd post a picture up if the internet wasn't so painfully slow at the moment smile

Thanks for all the advice guys, we're drafting an advert as we speak and exploring the values that some have gone for at previous auctions and advertisements.
I realise restoring the then selling straight away you're always going to be losing something, but you have to play the hand that life deals, and unfortunately with everything that's going on this year/next year we can't really afford to keep hold of the fixed head much longer.
I'll post some pics up as well shortly to keep everyone entertained smile
