Fairly cheap head turning classic?

Hi guys, I would really like to buy a classic car but I'm not sure which one? I want it to stand out and look cool and my price range is about 15k tops! I'm 22 so chapter insurance would be nice, but I can stretch a bit
I used to own a Volvo p1800 as my daily driver but had to sell, so now I'm looking for something new!

Any ideas?
