I give you the Talbot Rancho. Perhaps a model was ahead of it's time in that it pre-dated the SUV definition.

Here is another one.The Fiat 132, my father had one from new until it finally rotted away. Tin worm aside it was actually a cracking car. Any left I wonder?

How about the Volvo 343? My mother had one in a rather dull mustard/yellow.I think I'm correct in saying that the 343 was Volvo's first attempt to get into the small car market and was the output from their acquisition of Daf.

The Estelle, 25 years ago these were in every street, for what was a mass produced car rare to see one now. A what was with the side opening bonnet? Didn't Saab try the same? No idea why!
