Picked up my new toy on the weekend. Its been stored for a while so needs a little fettling but I'm looking forward to covering some miles this summer.
Thanks for the complements. Bonnet strap on order to give it a more sporting feel and I'm going to get the wheels painted but not sure which colour? Silver, dark red, BRG or dark blue?
Thanks, it's the Hawk 289 FIA. I can't take credit for building it but the chaps certainly knew what they were doing. It goes very well although fuel surge in the carb at Goodwood last weekend may prompt the purchase of some Webers. Time for me to start saving...
