Both excellent programs, but forced to choose, I would have Fort Boyard.

Fort Boyard had the skimpier costumes though. There seemed to be a lot of shots from below of women climbing up ladders.

That is my abiding memory. Still repeated somewhere... but I think Mrs Rammage is becoming suspicious...

I'm sure dads everywhere would welcome the return of some sort of sporty competition featuring scantily clad strapping lasses, climbing about on things and contorting themselves.

Holly Willoughby could host it.

Actually on reflection there was a rather delightful blonde on there. Short blonde hair, and rather different from the usual bird they had on, who tended to have 80s-style porn-actress bouffants.
