We're on holiday in France and the OH was just involved in an accident. She has been given the other driver's details. Apparently he admitted responsibility. Anyone know what the process is now?
I was aware of the normal French rules for accident formalities, but unfortunately this was my partner who knew nothing at all. She didn't even make a note of the vehicle details (reg or make/model). I think she was in some shock, so I can hardly blame her.
