WFH from France if buy a BnB business?

Thinking of:

Buying a place in France with a self contained room(s) that can be used as a holiday Let/bnb. eg large house with small bnb annex room.

Continue working hybrid remote for my UK job (once a month travel to the UK).
Perhaps pick up a bit of work in France.

Rent our UK house.

Would we be curtailed by the maximum number of days in France if we had a house that was a French business?

I’ve down loaded a few property guides and will tap up an Expat forum.

Where else should I start? Is this a non starter?

Both Uk I’m afraid.

Been doing a bit more digging. It’s a bit easier visa wise if the bnb earns more than France min wage.

I’ll read further on expat and French gov visa website.
