Help needed for obtaining spare part

I've got an Einhell mitre saw that i bought in UK, then moved to France so UK wont ship me parts, France Einhell dont sell spares for my model 
& wont order outside their list, Germany (home of Einhell) will only supply to Germany or Austria due to 'supposed' dealer networks in various countries, all in all I cant get the part I need which is only €40.
what I need is someone with a German address that I can get the part sent to & then get it forwarded to me in France if poss, beer tokens offered of course
anyone willing to help or with any other ideas?
