best scenic driving route

Driving 'the soft top' from the Amsterdam ferry, to the east of Prague in early August and I'd welcome advice on the best route. One overnight stop in the eastern trip and 2 nights on the return.....Open to ideas. Thanks.

Thanks for that - you've confirmed my thoughts. I give the VW plant a miss as I'd prefer to visit the Skoda museum over the border.

Trip about to start and the chosen route is route 3.... a puncture is my only worry - as Vipers have big fat tyres I'm not sure where I'd get a replacement. All suggestions welcome!
