Saab 9-5 Aero. Currently away on holiday on Anglesey. On the way here, light braking for an exit slip resulted in ABS actuation, followed by a warning tone and dsc/ABS/brake warning lights. The speedo continued to function, but the cruise control stopped working, the SID was reporting an average speed of 2 miles per hour at 3 miles per gallon. Boost was cut to half way through the amber section. Since then it has reset itself several times and driven normally for a while before repeating the performance, though without the spurious ABS activation. It's also lost the speedo once, though a restart cured that.

Sounds expensive?

If it is fixed as cheaply as that I shall be very happy!

The ns/f ABS reluctor ring can be spun with a fingertip, which, and call me Mr Picky, is not right. So it's in the garage today having a new one fitted. They said 30-60 mins labour depending how much disassembly is needed to fit it, I supplied the ring which cost me £25 delivered.
