Newbie Owner advice

Can anyone recommend a service schedule for my car. It doesn't seem to say on the little paper I got when I Brought the car. Even Saab/Vauxhall were arguing amongst themselves over the oil to use.
I have a sept. 2009 automatic 1.8TTiD Turbo Edition180bhp A

Apparently it's the A that makes a difference because there's only 38 of them left starting at 50.

The ECU apparently shows a service interval of about 10k miles but is that just what the guy felt like ?

I current have 88k on the clock. Everything on the car is totally stock. Only possible change is I have Goodyear Eagle F1 Tyres no idea what it came off the line with.

Only thing that was recommended was get a blanking plate for the EGR. hmm lost there but sure I know a man who can if it's a good idea.
