Best time of year

Is there a best time of year to buy? I'm just about to commence renting a new flat which conveniently has a garage (central London) so thought I might treat myself for a year and then be sensible and buy a flat Is there a difference in price depending on the time of year that you buy? Ideal spec would be a magnetic blue 111R with 2006 spec.

Not that I can see? There's a 05 metallic mag blue that I can see. Am keeping my eye out on PH, Autotrader and SELOC
