So after nearly 2 years of fatherhood it has become clear that I just don't have time to drive my 2002 Elise S2.

I used to use the car as my everyday run around and so it has been parked on the road in London and shows it. Quite a few cracks and scratches in the paint work all round and some light damage to the front clam (seems even with reversing sensors idiots in 4x4s still can't a parallel park). Mechanically it is absolutely sound and I have had it serviced regularly.

So the question I have is - should I get it resprayed and try to sell it 'mint' or sell it as-is a little bit cheaper?

I have got some quotes on the re-spray and I think the economics work out quite close either way (although I have not seen any in the classifieds that are not mint so I am making an assumption on what I would get for it not done up).

Frimley111R - that is what I had suspected. The quotes I got were in line with those on SELOC and other Pistonheads discussion threads. Expensive, but if that is what I need to get it sold...
