High miles - lots of work

Does anybody know this car? I'm currently looking for a post-06 111R (ideally magnetic blue) but came across this and quite like it. My only concern is that it seems to have had an awful lot of work done to it...

My plan is to be in and out in a year (estimating that I'll be in a position to buy a flat in 12 months) so I'm not sure the high mileage is a good choice for me because it'll make it more difficult to sell. No other high milers seem to have had this much work though - either meaning it's gone wrong a lot, or it's been extremely well cared for?
