Hi All,

having completed my latest (nearly) project of replacing the centre console with a self covered black leather with red stitching and having had a birthday in the not to distant past where upon many friends and family proffer me with money... I decided to uprate my Pioner (whatever the hell it is) cd mp3 player to a DAB with Bluetooth player... I really missed not being able to listen to five live and since my current radio only finds RADIO 1 and Breeze FM (literally nothing else) I figured what the hell.

I found a nice Pure Highway 260DBi (I think that was the model) which has Bluetooth AND DAB which seems to be a bit of a rarity (certainly in single din format) and even better a refurbished one from good old Halfrauds for a mere £90.00 a snip I'm sure you'll agree.

Having discounted the Magnetic external aerial the only other option seemingly available to me is the windscreen mounted floppy sticky on plastic jobby like I had on my boxster (worked absolutely fine I have to say)...

Looking at how to fit it on the other hand is something of a different question. I can stick it to the window on the passenger side no problem but can I get in through the trim somehow to the back of the radio ? anyone done this, got pictures ?

If not, standby I'll upload some when I get around to doing the work.

Let me know.

thanks in advance,

8.

am I right in thinking the FM radio aerial in a 2006 Model S is just a wire ?
Any one help me out with a location of the above ?

thanks in advance.
