Hi

To cut a long story short I am a former Elise S2 owner contemplating a new S3. I have had contact with a dealer but want to know what the prices are for each of the main options. Unfortunately the Lotus website is not very helpful in terms of option prices or even the colour options for a 1.6 (it does have the colour options for the S).

Basically I would like to know if:
- The 1.6 Club Racer is still available, and if so, what is the price?
- On the main model, how much do the sport and sport touring packs cost? The dealer has told me the touring pack for a non-sport is £2,250 inc VAT.
- what are the current colour options, and how much are the premium colours (metallic is £700)?
- I like the forged wheels but cannot see the price for these anywhere. How much are these?
- There is also talk of a power pack; is this the TRD intake and an exhaust? If so, what are the benefits and how much does it cost?

What does Lotus charge for 'special' colours, such as Old English White (has been available before) and can the sport pack spec seat be ordered in a different coloured leathers other than black (the standard touring pack seat can be).

Finally, what has anyone done finance wise? I am contemplating a PCP deal and the dealer has quoted me. I realise they are stuck with the Lotus finance package but the monthly payment is high in my view when compared with cars at a similar price, especially considering the high residual value of an Elise. Basically with a few choice options the car is about £35k and with an £8k deposit, the monthly payment is close to £450 pm over 4 years with a balloon circa £11k. This might seem reasonable but a similarly priced jaguar XE (a very different car I know) with similar deposit/same mileage/term comes out at almost £100 per month less on the Jag on-line quote system.

Information on the price of options would be most useful. Advice on the finance side would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
