Hi Guys

Tracked a drop in pressure down to a broken relief spring, unfortunately the pieces and valve dropped out into the oil bucket and I didn't get a chance to see which way round they were configured.

Does anyone know the sequence for refitting? Spring first? Valve first? Which way round does the valve go?

Me too.....I stopped as soon a the warning light came on...fingers crossed.

The spring underneath I get (thx), but regarding the valve orientation I am still uncertain. The spring can either but up against the rim of the open end of the valve or against the capped end, which has a raised nipple in the centre - potentially locating the core of the spring?

Any ideas?

I've gone with spring underneath he valve with the nipple pointing downwards seating inside the spring (it doesn't fit inside the valve).

However getting very high pressure peeks > 65 Psi.

Hummmmm..
